Public and private entities, researchers, teachers, coordinators, lifeguards and related professionals who, freely and disinterestedly, take part of GIAPS with the commitment to share efforts to achieve the objectives of preventing drowning, avoiding accidents and improving water rescue and first aid interventions, in a cooperative manner and, each one, to the extent of their possibilities.
